Service/care has gone downhill in the last year. She promotes hair/ skin care enhancements rather than focusing on patient medical needs.Prescriptions were not refilled on time. Left messages with office staff and had to call back after 3 days or more. Physician Assistants replaced Dr Rillo at VIP office during the last 6 months. No follow-ups on lab test results. Did not get back to me about medicine i was out of. Heart medi ine I needed.
Our family has been seeing Dr Rillo for almost 2 years and have had very amazing and attentive care! Drs always run late. It’s worth the wait!
