She's arrogant and rude. She just needs to retire.
My $4200.00 lasik results lasted 3 years max. I am a healthy, fit female. I returned to Dr. Genstler and she suggested a lasik touch up for $900.00 per eye and mentioned I could be a diabetic. I went to my physician a few days later after worrying about that inaccurate assessment from her about diabetes and had a complete physical and blood work which confirmed my good health. I wouldn't recommend this procedure or this doctor. She made me feel like I wasted her time after the failed lasik.
