I suffered a heart attack July 2, 2017. I was treated at Bayshore Medical Center. Dr. Vlahos installed 3 stents and spoke with me after the procedure. I was very disappointed with the doctors bedside manner, but to me, that was irrelevant, the treatment was most important. I had to go back to the hospital to have 2 of the stents readdressed as Vlahos didn't notate that he was unable to open 2 of the stents. A second cardiologist performed an unnecessary procedure trying to open 2 of the stents.
I have been a patient of DR Vlahos since 2010. He is professional and VERY concerned about the care and treatment of his patients. His entire staff and the other members of the practice exhibit the same attitude towards the persons under their care.
I have been seeing Dr. Vlahos for serious coronary problems since 2001 . The fact that I'm still here, writing about him, shows how lucky I am to have Dr. Vlahos as my cardiologist.
