This office is overcrowded and Dr Spitze consistently runs an hour behind. too many patients scheduled too close together. The nurses and staff seem so tired of people complaining and there is nothing they can do about it. Dr Spitze comes in the room and does not even acknowledge her tardiness, does not ask my elderly mother how she is, and her bedside manner is non existent. I will never go to this office again! The billing specialist, Jennifer denied me a visit with Dr. Spitze for $25.00 after I made a 220.00 payment. I hate to see how bad they treat veterans and low incomes families that can’t afford to pay a lot of money. No heart!!! Picking a better provider that cares!

Map shows them in Newport News. Called to verify location and make appointment. I informed receptionist that internet shows them in Newport News. She responded very unprofessionally with an attitude of indifference.. Apparently neither she nor her employer care. Not getting my money.
