My mother who is 72 years old, has been a patient with Dr. Martin. For almost 20 years and a day before, her medications are all due doctor martin cancels her as a patient says she no longer fits in her group. My mother has lived in Illinois for over 10 years and has blue cross blue shield for at least six years ,and now with no kind of a notice or time To get another doctor or even a last refill!!! she is canceled! Called them to make a new patient appointment. Left a message with office manager as I was instructed to do. Didn't call me back for over a week when I was told she'd call me the next day. She forgot. Then couldn't get an appointment for 2-3 weeks out. Unfortunately I had to cancel it for a family emergency. They rescheduled it for April 8th in the afternoon, the day of the eclipse.
