Dr Tirandaz has been my primary care physician for over 7 years and is one of the most caring doctors I have seen. He goes out of his way to assist me, including personally taking me to an ER facility on a weekend when I suffered from kidney stone. He is always available for consultation. He is very thorough in his work and uses state-of-the-art systems to maintain all records that is securely accessible from his patient portal.

This office and staff works over what is left of their dwindeling patient base with excessive and made up fees. I really felt violated on my last visit. Front office staff reminiscent of the service desk at a car dealership. This used to be my doctor for close to 17 years but he has been too busy (empty waiting room) to see me personally for the last two years and I am passed off to a PA. 5 minute visit of an RX refil equals \$320 when I was told \$80 on the phone prior to my visit.
