Dr Makdessian is the best ENT that my family has ever had. We and many members of my church are going to miss him when he retires.
I made my appointment three weeks ago. Showed up today 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to fill out paperwork as instructed when I made my appointment. As I was attempting to check in I was told that the doctor was retiring and not seeing new patients at this time. I was told that “they had attempted to contact me” to let me know that my appointment was being cancelled and my information had been forwarded to the doctor taking his place.. except I was NOT contacted by any means given when I made the appointment. I fell on concrete & had a face injury with nose fracture. CRMCs ER suggested following up with ENT. I had seen macdessian for allergy testing so I called for appt. The appt person would not give me appt because I fell on commercial Property & they were afraid of a lawsuit. I never said anything about suing. Furthest from my mind at this point. I love dr. Makdessian,, he is kind, friendly and really cares. He has helped all 5 members of my family. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
