The Arlington Family Practice is where my PCP Dr. April Kavanagh resides. She and her staff are the most professional Healthcare professionals I have ever met and have had the pleasure of working with. They are punctual 100% of the time, and always solve and address any medical issues that arise. They accept most insurance companies and are really accurate with lab testing. The office is knowledgeable and they truly listen to your concerns and aren’t afraid to refer you.
Arrived at the office for an appointment to which they expressed that they had canceled on me. However, I received a text message two days before confirming my attendance for the appointment, and they sassily told me that they had called me a number of times relaying the cancellation (I had one missed call). I hadn't changed them on my insurance, which was my fault (why is healthcare so confusing), but they were extremely rude and were of no help in assisting me in getting set up with a new appointment or how to change them ... read more
