If I could leave a 0 Star, I would. 1st appt with this specialist and on my drive there, I'd received a text stating to wait in my car until i was called to come inside, so that is what I did. My appointment time came and passed, and I was still in my car waiting. The office finally calls me and asks me where I am. I had thyroid cancer last year, in 2023, and underwent surgery. I had both thyroid glands removed, and the cancer had spread to my lymph nodes. I was recommended to undergo radiotherapy, but Dr. Ayyagari said it wasn't necessary. She didn't listen to my concerns. I requested a check-up to ensure I didn't have cancer elsewhere, and she said it wasn't needed. She just retired and didn't refer me to another specialist.
