No long waiting, entire staff very pleasant. Feel so part of a caring group of professionals.Very important at my stage of life.
Dr Batra and staff have always treated me with kindness and go above and beyond in their care. She spends enough time to answer all of my questions and even shares research studies to help explain things (which I love!).
Dr. Batra was thorough in explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan, ensuring I understood every step. When I faced significant side effects, she responded quickly and worked with me to find solutions. Her professionalism and compassionate approach made a challenging time much easier to navigate. I felt supported throughout my entire treatment, and I’m grateful for her care.
When I first met Doctor Batra, she communicated with me very well explaining every steps of her therapy. I had many doctors examined me before and missing my enlarged lymph nodes but just a single touch, she pinpointed the problem. She was very diligent in confirming my rare and challenging lymphoma, then she coached the whole health care team in getting the best outcome. I would certainly recommend her as best in practice oncologist

Dr. Batra is very warm and compassionate. She answers all questions and is very thorough.
Dr. Batra is extremely knowledgeable and saved my life against cancer. I had Large B-Cell Lymphoma. The treatment plan that she chose for me eradicated my cancer quickly. Not only was she thorough with medical history; past and present, she is very compassionate as well. I know that I can't completely express in words how I feel towards Dr. Batra, but she is a total blessing for me. I am so fortunate to have her as my oncologist. If you are in need of an Oncologist, I strongly recommend Dr. Batra.

Dr. Batra is amazing. The rest of the staff at Ironwood is fantastic as well. She was able to get me in quickly and put together a treatment plan and put it into action almost immediately. I was a patient of Dr. Batra's and while at times she was helpful, I never felt like things were explained to me (sometimes at all) and medical jargon was always used that I didn't understand. I was often kept waiting for her after my chemo sessions because she was unable to see me at my scheduled appointment times pre chemo room. Telehealth appointments were routinely up to 90 minutes late with not even a 'sorry' and then rushed through in 5 minutes.
