By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any doctors office. The front desk are the worst people to ever be hired. All they do is talk and not do their job. When you come in they act as if you’re interrupting them. When it comes to referrals the don’t get anything right. They either put the wrong information or don’t put it in at all. I’ve tried calling them so many times and they literally will not pick up. This is insanely unprofessional. Do better !
Dr. Antonio is a shameless character. Even with a scheduled appointment, I had to wait for three hours inside his office to be seen. The secretaries claimed he was at the clinic attending an emergency, but they didn’t know my wife was on the first floor of the building and saw Dr. Antonio spending three hours having lunch at a Mexican restaurant next to the clinic. As always, the service that I received was great Very gently and helpful staff always taking the time to answer my questions
Dr. Zamorano is fantastic, my brother has gone to him for years. The staff who deals with referrals has been very frustrating to work with. They don’t call the clinics to confirm what documents need to be sent for specialty clinics you need to do that yourself and tell them how to do their job despite the information being online or simply call the office which they are too lazy to do.
