As always, the service that I received was great Very gently and helpful staff always taking the time to answer my questions
Dr. Zamorano is fantastic, my brother has gone to him for years. The staff who deals with referrals has been very frustrating to work with. They don’t call the clinics to confirm what documents need to be sent for specialty clinics you need to do that yourself and tell them how to do their job despite the information being online or simply call the office which they are too lazy to do. I’ve called about 3 times and worked with several people; they main person I’ve been talking to is Abeliz who keeps telling me the referrals ... read more
