Excellent service. He does not care what race you are. He always helps me with my paperwork and tells me the absolute truth. He knows me and my husband. Always cheerful. I would recommend him to all of Fresno! Thank you to him and his staff that know me by name and sight!
Double billing and up-coding are just some of the things to look forward to in this office. They will bait and switch your bill ask for your copay and then send a bill saying you owe money because they pulled a bait and switch and charged you for a level of service you didn’t receive. Stay away from this place if you value not being the target of fraudulent and shady billing practices
Visits we had for my brother that was terminal, I have nothing but great things to say about this Doctor very thorough, patient and professional, totally went out of his way with him . He helped him till the end of his day . Thank you Dr Villalvazo and your staff
After going through their entire new patient onboarding process, he refused to sign an MMR vaccine clearance form for me. Said he would not even administer the vaccine. It was a basic form and reasonable request. He's either an anti-vaxxer or just refuses to assist his patients with basic paperwork they may need for employment.
I would never recommend this office to any of my family or friends. The office staff is unprofessional and railroaded many of my referrals and script refill requests. I have a chronic illness and need a particular level of attention to my care. It was too much for this office.
Dr villalvazo is an excellent doctor he's very caring listens to what you say meets all your needs. I would absolutely recommend Dr villalvazo for any patient ranging from newborns to elderly he is that good I will never change doctors. Dr villalvazo is very educated and knows exactly what he's talking about. I have been a patient for a bout 6 years maybe. If I need to see the doctor unannounced he is more than willing to see me. I will never change doctors. Thank you Dr. villalvazo.
