I have been seeing his PA M. Gallegos for years she is very caring and listens to your problems and issues adress them well. I'm satisfied with her care. Thank you Dr. GALLEGOS
My lupus flare up ( rash) was diagnosed as possible bed bugs and asked to buy a new mattress. After sharing with him this was going on for months and that my husband had no signs of rash. I Went to an allergist as well and she said the rash looked nothing like a bed bug,. Dr. mancera did not bother to see me or read my results anymore. He simply passed my file to the nurse practitioner and prescribed more allergy medication. “Appointment coordinator” unreliable. I have called numerous times leaving msging since February it’s June and not one call has been returned. I don’t know if it’s Laredo medical culture on how unreliable it is to get an appointment or what the problem is. I’m sure that this doctor has enough clients to keep him rich but there’s Laredo people that do need care and we have to travel to San Antonio to get care. It’s unfortunate.

Not well organized always a little lost, needed papers filled out called by phone to make sure they could fill them out went in person to show the paper work make sure they could fill them out they said yes made me make an appointment wait over an hour and pay a co pay all to tell me he wasn’t the person to fill out the paper work and have a nice day 😅
