I don't see him about19-15 minutes. He has not listen to me when I try to talk with him, Had problems with medications, And he will not listen to me when I'm trying to tell him the reactions to the medication. My experience with him is vert poor.
Dr. Luis goes above and beyond what he is required to do for his patients. Very easy to get in contact with and very easy scheduling. Very proffessional and organized. Very easy to talk to. Would recommend to anyone.
