Anthony Toney is known for being cheap but he ending up costing me $1000s in medical bills. I have never written an online review before but I feel passionate about warning others about this dentist. He said I had 11 cavities (ended up only having 3) and rescheduled me to have some filled. He filled one of my "11" in record time. I could tell he was rushing.
