Wonderful place, great people, and the doc is awesome.
I had Pinkeye that I went to urgent care for since getting an eye doctor around Christmas would be a challenge. They prescribed me antibiotic drops knowing that it wasn’t a bacterial infection. I called this place up days later and was able to get in immediately and the doctor prescribed some steroid drops. It’s been about 24 hours and I can see normally again. The doctor here knows what he’s doing!
My second time here and it was amazing as always. The glasses I got originally a year or so back broke due to my own negligence, not only was the staff able to find me a frame just as great as my first pair, they gave me a temporary fix for my broken ones while I wait for the new pair, I love these people honestly!
I had a few bumps in the road but it was all handled with care and understanding. The lady that helped me with my glasses was awesome. I don't remember her name..? Anyway, she was attentive, kind and helpful. I can see now. Yayyy The doctor was kind and helpful too. Go get your glasses on.
Front Desk and staff are very good. Knowledgeable & checks with insurance on what is covered for your appt. Dr Potochick is an excellent doctor.
