Receptionist was very rude. And told me that the doctor will only work with me if i took a plan over the insurance that I have which would cost me 2200 per year. Seems like the doctor wants to double dip.

This place is seldom open when I need it to be. Several business days during the week the entire office is closed, every week. If you call sometime not during their business hours, you can't even leave a message, because the answering machine is broken. I also had a medical issue (the first and only one that I came to them for) that was prompty dismissed. They gave me some common sense advice and sent me on my way. I've been seeing Dr. Rota for years. He's patient, knowledgeable and has a great demeanor. I recommend him highly. I've seen some comments about the office operation and difficulty that people have had getting beyond voicemail. But I made a call today and got through immediately. The staff members I spoke with were very friendly, courteous and helpful, so it appears they've listened to feedback from patients and made some welcome and positive changes to their system.
They have updated their phone systems and back to 5 stars. It's easy to get a hold of the office and Dr. Rota is always awesome.
