I've been seeing Dr. Rota for years. He's patient, knowledgeable and has a great demeanor. I recommend him highly. I've seen some comments about the office operation and difficulty that people have had getting beyond voicemail. But I made a call today and got through immediately. The staff members I spoke with were very friendly, courteous and helpful, so it appears they've listened to feedback from patients and made some welcome and positive changes to their system.
They have updated their phone systems and back to 5 stars. It's easy to get a hold of the office and Dr. Rota is always awesome.
I like Dr. Rota but their phone system needs updating. Its impossible to get a hold of someone following the prompts meaning if you need help with a referral or anything that doesn't require visiting them its difficult to get a done.
I used to really Like Dr Rota and I still like him personally, but his office communication is horrible. I am tired extreme difficulty in getting non complicated prescriptions renewed, non callbacks on messages, or sending prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rota's for a few years, but I'm sorry to say I will not be anymore for one reason: the worst office staff I have ever dealt with in a doctor's office. I have no complaints about Dr. Rota himself; I've always had good experiences coming to see him, he has great bedside manner, and is very competent.
