Came here for help on a torn knee ligament - how much damage, how to recover properly, prevent reoccurrence. Left with a diagnoses of the obvious and a pill prescription. Useless. Edit (2 years later): it turned out to be a full grade ACL tear that Parks failed to diagnose. Needed reconstructive surgery NOT painkillers.
Dr Parks was able to do surgery on my shoulder with all four muscles torn completely really did not know if I would have any movement especially being that I was in my 60s and he was able to actually mend the muscles back together somehow and with minimal pain has surgery and I am able to use my left arm
Dr Parks is kind and professional filled with knowledge and explains things in detail which brings comfort as one has to deal with fears of surgery. However after listening to him my confidence was renewed. Thank you for being a great man and surgeon. Just had my left hip replaced on January 21st 2026 going home on January 2022 with walker but pain has reduced tremendously.
Dr Parks is a very good Doctor. The staff behind billing are horrendous. If you call get the price of service up front. I asked do accept Aetna insurance. Appointment 2 weeks later. Yes. Gave them my card and id. 3 weeks later get a bill for 700 dollars for an x-ray and cortisone shot. Never in my life have I dealt with this much incompetence in Dr's office.
Dr. Parks is an excellent doctor. I have all my trust in him. He takes time with each and every one he is responsible for Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such great care of me and my husband. In my book you are number one Thank u.
