Dr Lombardo did an excellent job with the arthroscopy he performed on my knee. He and the staff at Total Spine were just great in all regards. I was doing all my regular activities before 2 months post op and I’m experiencing zero pain. I’m deeply appreciative and highly recommend him for your orthopedic needs. I fell and hurt my left elbow. I read the reviews and decided to go to Dr. Lombardo. He looked at my ER X-ray and said, well it’s not broken, so you don’t need surgery. He then had the representative from the brace company fit me in a brace and started me on physical therapy for 6 months. He released me after 5 months. When I got done physical therapy, my arm was left where the brace had held it and I could not make a fist. My PT suggested a second opinion. Dr Lombardo is excellent..He listens well.and is very professional..I know because I am a retired nurse..However I experienced a less than stellar experience with his staff..starting with Zoe the PA..who was patronizing and informed me I was taking up too much of her time and her Medical assistants time..." you have so much wrong it would take me 8 years to treat you"..and in the lobby..while I was leaving Zoe said " are you still here ? Dr Lombardo is a very professional and talented surgeon.
I love my Dr but the anti American country bashing news network currently showing in the waiting room is angering half the current patients. You would be better off with gunsmoke re-runs or something not communist by nature. Thank you.
