Have been going to this doctor on and off for a few things and never have I had an issues with either his office staff or him . Recently had a surgical procedure done and everything went well. No complaints here

I made an appt. with this Doctor, arrived 30 mins early to do paperwork. His lobby was crowded. I was sent upstairs for x rays that took an hour. Now the Doc's waiting room was empty. I was concerned. But after repeated promises that the Doctor would see me "in a few minutes", I sat alone in his wait area for another hour. I worked in the medical field as a lowly surgical technologist until unfortunately my health issues. I have worked with and seen as a patient many doctors. Dr Lombardo is a true doctor who listens to his patients and is honest and genuinely is interested in his patients health. Good guy. Very cool and non judgmental. I stress this because our system has created the typical doctor who is now more a businessman and patient care gets lost in the weeds and greed. There are good doctors around but hard to find. I had Dr Lombardo for a ripped minisuus (off the bone) and ruptured ACL's. He also cleaned my knee of calcification while he was in there. He did an excellent job as I was walking again the next day! Yes I still had to recover for a few days but I could walk again without pain. I would highly recomend Dr Lombardo. He is an excellent knee surgeon.

I saw Dr. Lombardo on January 9th to discuss a hip replacement. He was going to refer me to an oncologist to have radiation done on the hip prior to surgery. Over a month later and numerous phone calls and emails lacking followup from the staff, the referrals were sent to 2 different practices that don't do radiation. Total fail.

Very very happy with the service/surgery done by Dr. Lombardo. Explained the procedure very well. Responded to all my questions and concerns. His office personnel were outstanding. Very professional and personable. Would recommend them to anyone.

This dangerous quack is a menace. He destroyed my shoulder with two failed surgeries. I had to scour the country to find another surgeon to clean up his mess. Luckily, I discovered the Jewett clinic where my new surgeon rolled his eyes at what Lombardo had done. This guy is dangerous. Avoid!

Dr. Lombardo is a good physician but his staff is the most dysfunctional I've ever encountered. They "misfiled" my MRI test results, failed to return 4 phone messages, set an appointment without my knowledge/speaking with me, and had me wait 90 minutes to have my stitches removed...done by an office administrator because the med tech, supposedly busy with another patient, was on the computer (after treating that patient with a later appt. time and who arrived 30 minutes after me).
