It is nearly I M P O S S I B L E to get a message through to him through his staff. I've spent nearly 2 hours over 3 days trying to get them to send a referral over to the Hanger Clinic to get a knee brace fitting appointment. They don't have the order on file and no one can step up and get this S I M P L E 8-second task taken care of. So frustrating! And 99% of the time you call, you get an answering machine that tells you his mailbox is full.

I have had 4 surgeries with Dr Lamardo. I find him very compassionate. He takes the time to talk everything over with me. He just did a total knee replacement on me June 20th and I'm coming right along.

I had an excellent experience with this doctor just yesterday. I'm actually confused by some of the other ratings here. He did a surgery to remove some hardware in my leg from a previous fracture surgery on my knee that he also did many yeara ago. I felt he was professional. Listen to me, I felt safe in his care and he even removed some things that didn't bother me now, but may in the future. He was knowledgeable and it was the best experience I've had in a surgery to ve honest. The entire surgical team was great. I'm surpri... read more

Dr. Lombardo caused a major infection in my knee which required more surgery. He left a piece of plastic in my knee, even though my records show I am allergic to plastics. He was going to remove my new knee joint until, the night before surgery, he "remembered" he had left that in my knee. I was sick and in pain for 6 months, even treated by a infectious disease specialist with a PICC line and IV, before Lombardo figured it out and did the second surgery. He laughed it off!!

After a long wait, I was finally called in for my visit. The MRI results could not be loaded do to a “software discrepancy”. Never saw Dr. Lombardo, still waiting for my copay refund after 4 months. Staff was not helpful, bordering on rude.

The staff was rude and I waited over an hour, he didn’t fix my knee. It went out with in week. It was costly and very very time consuming. It’s a shame too, 20 years ago he fixed my shoulder perfectly and his staff rocked. Now it’s just a money making business. Pity he used to be good.

Good surgeon had knee replacement and mua with problems with range of motion. But follow up was poor, not answering phone calls finally He recommended nerve block but didn’t listen that pain wasn’t the problem. Very disappointed in him.Got a second opinion which was quickly resolved with arthroscope, another mua and aggressive physical therapy a year after original surgery. Cannot recommend dr Lombardo.

I arrived early, waited 45 minutes past appointment time. I was rushed into a small exam room. When Dr. Lombardo came another trainee was with him. The computer was too slow could not load my Hip and Lumbar MRI's. Fortunately, I had brought the transcripts with me. The Hip MRI showed I have a torn Labrum. The doctor didn't even address that issue. He diagnosed me with Foot Drop and recommended an ankle brace. He said the Neurologist, Dr. Lai, should have caught the foot drop when he performed a Neurology test on my leg. Prio... read more
