I typically don't write reviews but, i felt as though this needed one. my family have been going to dr. Chans office for over 20 years! and given many people recommendations to go to him. i called today to make an appointment and the lady mentioned i would be getting charged a no show fee. i told her i hadn't made an important since i was a kid. she then said they typically give one free no show but my one was already used up in 2008!?!? i don't think its really fair to charge someone for no show fee that happened when they ... read more
I recently attended Dr. Chan's office with my 2 children. We travelled an hour because we heard good things about him. Big mistake. We didn't have up to date health card info for the visit (my mistake, I forgot to bring). After some heated "discussion", Dr. Chan became quite angry and frustrated and refused to see all of us! How can someone with zero conscience be a doctor? We travelled quite a way and he would not allow us the chance to provide the OHIP information after returning home.
