Dr. Guleria has treated nearly everyone in my family for close to 10 years... from kidney stones to UTI's... he's caring, thorough, gentle and compassionate. My 15 year old had a pretty bad infection recently and he was able to perform a minor surgical procedure in his office that saved us from a trip to the Emergency Room and the OR. His Manassas office is beautiful. He's a wonderful physician, but, equally important, and really terrific human being as well. Highly recommend.
