My mom has been seeing this doctor for around 2 years now. If you need to see obgyn, I would say you would be better off with any other doctor. While it is nice that this doctor does over the phone appointments, the appointments themselves are as unproductive as they get. The doctor forgets the most basic info that should be on file and it feels like the same conversation each time with no progress.
