Dr. Le is a nice doctor but the receptionist is rude. I sat in the waiting area and watched her belittle an elderly lady who just had an exam. The lady had questions about the process of getting glasses and the receptionist rudely exclaimed, "No! That's not how it works! You have to wait for the glasses to be delivered!" It made the poor lady reply that this was new to her and I felt so bad for her. The receptionist used the same tone with me when I asked about frame options. Dr. Le is great. I strayed for a bit, but I'm glad to be back. She is very attentive and addressed all of my concerns. I will keep coming back to her.
