Dr. Mensah is an excellent, professional, knowledgeable and caring provider! I've been a patient of hers for 10 yrs. and my asthma flare-up is nonexistent thanks to her course of treatment that I follow to the letter. I appreciate her chair-side mannerisms and the respect and courtesy she and her staff provide.
I couldn't go outside without using an asthma inhaler. Dr. Annie Arrey-Mensah listened to my concerns. She worked with my insurance to map out the best treatments. I can now navigate the world without being dependent of inhalers. I'm unsure what happened to her practice but she will be missed. I'm forever grateful.
Don't go here this Dr was never here for over a year. I get allergy shots from her then I go to get my shots and the whole office is closed no warning no nothing. I would not recommend her for nothing bad practice
She is a true professional and caring religious human being! She and her staff are outstanding!
The Physsician was very knowledgeable and thorough. I felt heard. She is genuinely compassionate and cares about her patients. She explains in great details.
The first encounter was the front desk staff. I was greeted by my name and with a smile. The MA and nurse were excellent and very polite. Physician was happy and very friendly. I was asking questions and she was paitiently answering every one of them. I was in the office with the phycisian for one whole hour. I appreciated the time the doctor spent with me,

Large institutional clinic style private office experience. I filled out multi-page intake forms and then was asked the same questions by the medical assistant and then a medical student. MA mis-interpreted my medication list. Discussion of my condition was done between the doctor, the medical assistant and the medical student in the hallway outside of the exam room door.
