I brought in my daughter to treat acne. I know that there are a variety of acne treatments available but these options were never presented to us. She just prescribed a skin care regimen of over the counter soaps and creams. When this approach didn't work after over a year, she was not willing to discuss other options. And the office is a factory, moving through a ton of patients on a conveyer belt. Difficult to get an appointment.
Dr. Lynn and her staff treated me with the Ellacor procedure today. This is a fairly intense procedure. They made sure that I was comfortable throughout my time there and did a fantastic job explaining what was happening and providing a pretty fantastic service overall. They were professional and kind. We went to this doctor for my daughter with recurrent nail bed infections. After trying oral and topical antibiotics with our primary doctor, we made an appointment with Dr Lynn. After speaking to the nurse, the PA & then Dr. Lynn we were instructed to trim nails and wash her hands daily. I repeated all of the remedies we have tried along with the whole year timeline of the troubles we have experienced with her nails. I was told again, to wash her hands nightly. I left more than frustrated and felt brushed off.
Dr. Lynn is one of the best providers I’ve ever met. Super compassionate, calm, and smart. Her bedside manner with our infant son has been superior, and we simply cannot recommend her enough. Please don’t ever retire!
