I was over an hour early, and they managed to get me in for my appt quite early as well. I am not sure that's ever happened in over 60 years of going to the doctor! The check in was smooth and the exam thorough and efficient. 3 little areas were biopsied and there was little to no pain. It's a couple week wait time to get results, but that isn't the dermatologists problem.
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Wester at Colorado Dermatology. My appointment, which should have been up to 15 minutes, lasted less than five. When I mentioned a concern about my forehead, Dr. Wester abruptly left the room without addressing it. I barely had time to ask if everything looked okay, to which she gave a vague, dismissive response. One of my main reasons for the visit was to discuss rosacea treatment, but Dr. Wester simply stated that "rosacea is common" without offering any recommendations. After she ... read more
Absolutely fantastic experience! I went in to see Dr. Wester Jones for a skin check and also a skin lesion that had been causing issues. She comfortably and efficiently performed my exam and biopsied any areas that were concerning to her and me. Due to my schedule and being from out-of-town, she got me in the next day for the skin lesion excision, and it is healing beautifully without any issues.
