Everyone in this VA should be fired. From the operators to the directors. The lack of customer service is beyond measure. I have yet to speak to someone who has a positive attitude or knows how to do anything other than transfer me to someone else. There is no exaggeration in this review. I was just prescribed a medication that I am allergic to by the Cheif Medical Officer..his name is Danals..he won't return my phone calls..he stepped in after my PCP quit and took it upon himself to ignore the warning in my medical records and screwed me over. This is only one error that I was subjected to since coming here in 2015.
