I have been a patient of Dr. Anne Chen since 2017 since moving from Southern California. By far, Dr. Chen demonstrates the BEST bedside manner of any physician I have EVER had in my 50+ years. Dr. Chen is the most knowledgeable, kindhearted, and hyper-focused attentive doctor. Dr. Chen presents as consistently engaging, pleasant, humble, and an active listener. I am so grateful and blessed I am in her care. God bless you Dr. Chen
Wait of my time.
I have been with Dr. Anne Chen since she started her practice here in Fairfield. I believe that's close to 10 or 12 years now. I highly recommend her to all of my friends. she is a wonderful listener and takes the time to explain any question you have regarding your health. It's also great to have a GP outside of the hospital systems as then you can choose which hospital you want to have any procedures done. she is wonderful and so is her husband Simon who also is a doctor in the office.
The staff is very friendly, but this office is not organized, and neither is the Dr. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this Dr. Half the time, they don't bother answering their phones, it will ring and ring until you get a busy signal. If you need an ASAP appointment, or a referral to a specialist, it will take them a lifetime to get it done (if it gets done properly at all). Zero communication and transparency equals a very bad experience.
