I have gone to this clinic for 10 years and I always feel comfortable and confident that I am receiving excellent care.
Had problems with the clinic in Weslaco so I decided to go to this one and they just sent me back to Weslaco. What a waste of time.
If I was able to I would give them 10 stars. I had my twins delivered on 1/12/25 by Dr.Lugo. I'm so grateful for him, he was the only Dr. I found that was willing to deliver me vaginally with twins. All the other Dr's I talked to told me it was a mandatory c-section, even if there was no complications during pregnancy. Not only was he the only one willing to deliver me natural but also he was willing to deliver my second twin breeched. If you have insurance outside of Medicaid be careful for what they bill you. They are literally stealing money from their patients. I was charged incorrectly through my private insurance and when I contacted the office with my claims paperwork I have been given the run around, ignored, and not called back. There was also an additional $200+ charge that was never discussed with me. Stealing from your own patients is an absolute disgrace.
