Yvette and Diana are are always very helpful with my appointments , they always have a good attitude.
I love going to the Mercedes office Tuesdays or Thursdays. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. As soonest you walk in the receptionist Maria greets you and signs you in. Any questions that you have she’ll answer and reassure you. Always very attentive with the patients and ready for your next appointment. If having any trouble she will try to explain and see how she can help in her end. Love that about her love the whole staff, they always make my morning so welcoming and smooth.
Very satisfied with their service. The staff are always polite and courteous. I highly recommend this office for your care.
Listen I love coming to this office with my one year old to check on his sissy . Plus the one year women’s health checkup also ! Christina (the physician) really makes you feel seen and heard which makes this place feel like home and you know she really cares ! Had an appointment at 4, arrived 15 minutes early. Others arrived after me and were seen before me. I’m assuming I wasn’t added and was stuck waiting past an hour. I decided to leave because it was 10 past 5 and my son was fussing. I was already irritated. They decide to call at 5:16 that a room is ready. Being pregnant and the room being so hot didn’t help either. I’m gonna start going to Weslaco.
