I’ve had a frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sharovetskaya. The phone system is confusing, and I was repeatedly transferred between departments without getting any closer to booking an appointment. It’s unfortunate, as Dr. Sharovetskaya was assigned as my primary care physician, but I will be switching doctors to avoid this hassle in the future. It’s disappointing that accessing basic care should be this challenging.
As a physician, I can strongly attest to Dr. Sharovetskaya’s excellent clinical judgement and quick proactive management which I valued most when the dearest person to me needed complicated medical attention. She is the patient advocate doctor you want by your bedside, and I am so thankful for Dr. Sharovetskaya’s intelligent medical expertise as well as her gentle bedside manner!
Dr. Anna is an amazing, dedicated, detail oriented doctor. She's involved and assures that the patient is receiving the necessary care. If she had an office I would definitely visit her.
