Dr Kim is a caring provider who listens and understands. She is very knowledgeable and proactive in caring for her patients. I recommend her to everyone. The staff is wonderful. Never had a problem. The waiting room area is very clean and comfortable.
If you asked me a year ago, I would have given her a 5 star rating and I have recommended her to many people. But at my last visit, she acted as though I had no pain, was very dismissive and sent me on my way with no follow up. I have been a long time patient and now suddenly when I even tried to discuss procedures etc, I felt like she was done with me. In the past I always loved how caring she seemed to be, she never belittled my pain issues until today.
