The Patient Care Coordinators are all Rockstars, there's so much going on at the clinic and it's amazing to see the beautiful creation of babies 🤩. I had a very nice two appointments with the Dr and her associates and the P.A. was super sweet today at my appointment when she empathized about her knowledge of Fibromyalgia. It's nice to have someone providing compassion about it in the medical field. Thanks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr Mansour is super Intelligent and a Rockstar as well. A Queen. Lol
I liked Dr. Mansour but unfortunately she has the wrong staff running her office lol. Front desk clerks are condescending and unprofessional. I mean if you don’t even know how to transfer documents properly to another office then you aren’t doing your job. They never answer the phone the lines are always busy no matter what time of the day you call, when they do answer they act like you’re inconveniencing them. My experience meeting with Dr. Mansour can best be described as demeaning and insensitive. She was very unprofessional in her comments and demeanor. When coming in for help with pain,discomfort and other issues after an ER visit that they wanted me to find an OB immediately for help and follow up. Dr. Mansour isn’t a bad doctor, but I did feel like our appointments were very rushed. She speaks very fast, and sometimes I felt like my questions and concerns were dismissed. At the last appointment I had with her, she praised Trump, which I felt was inappropriate for a doctor’s appointment.
I can’t recommend her enough. I’ve had my two children’s with her and she was there for me since the beginning of my pregnancy and until delivery and after. She would always had my back in any concerns specially on my first pregnancy and the staff in the office is amazing 1000/10!!!
