If you're looking for a doctor who truly cares about your well-being and treats you as a whole person, Dr. Shah is the one. I'm so grateful for their guidance and support on my health journey. What stood out most to me was how they took the time to really listen to my concerns—not just the surface symptoms but the deeper issues I was struggling with. They asked thoughtful questions, offered insightful explanations, and tailored their recommendations specifically to my needs.
Dr. Shah is incredible! I'm so thankful that I found her. She is so thorough and attentive. Quick to respond to messages. She really cares about her patients. She has helped me work through some health issues that nobody else was able to help me with. I can't say enough good things about her, she is the best.
For medical reasons, a family member had to be moved to a different provider, which resulted in retaliation made to another member of the family who was also going. We have a long list of complaints and patterns to report, but just for the casual observer here, I warn against expecting any sort of professionalism, including no retaliation, confidentiality and dedication to the patient. One of the front desk people at Pearl also appears to stir the pot and make things worse, please be careful.
Dr.Shah is truly a blessing and more than a PCP to us, she is family. Her warm, caring and passion to provide the best care for her patients is not what you typically experience from PCPs or any doctors in general. She makes you feel like you are her family and she will go above and beyond for to ensure you and your family all feel supported, cared for and are able to make informed decisions that aren’t just being pulled from a textbook that feels like a rinse and repeat.
