I would give her zero stars, but that isn't an option. She abruptly left her practice in Fort Collins without notice. Even the doctor's office was blindsided. This behavior is egregious and extremely irresponsible. As a medical professional she has a obligation to the care of her patients. Forewarning of her move would have allowed her patients to find a new provider and reduce the potential for gaps in coverage.
