Her Office is closed with an eviction notice from the Sandoval County Sheriff on the door. Arrived for my appointment this morning to find this. No notice from the Doctor ahead of time. This was going to be my last appointment with her anyway, I was going to fire her today and look for a new PCM. She also is no longer affiliated with Tricare.

Receptionist called me back after I left a voicemail to schedule an appointment and was super rude with me on the phone. I ended up deciding to just go elsewhere.
We went in because we couldn't get in anywhere else, as COVID has caused great delays. Dr. Roybal is her own receptionist but doesn't understand how insurance works. I left her a voice mail after my husband told me about his telephone experience. She didn't call back. I (his wife) showed up to the appointment and she said she would only allow him in the room for the first visit. She was either unintentionally lying about the insurance, or didn't know better.
