Dr. Potty is a fantastic doctor and does great work. 100% recommend his medical abilities and knowledge. However, if i could leave a zero star rating I would because his garbage staff brings him down that much. They do not know what they are doing, constantly make excuses for their mistakes and it seems that nobody ever takes responsibility for their failures. He is an awesome doctor but his staff are so rude and condescending. They treat you like they’re doing you a favor or like you’re bothering them. It’s so sad because he’s great. If only he knew how rude his front office staff are.

Do not waste your time here. Completely unorganized and they don’t treat you. I’ve came to two appointments. First one they requested mri and did nothing. I got the mri. Came for the second appointment and they didn’t even look at the images of the mri and had nothing on file so had to wait.
