Knowledgable and personable doctor. He always take time to connect with his patients. I've never felt rushed with him. He doesn't mind explaining the 'Why' behind suggested care. Great doctor with a passion for providing care .
Dr. Payne is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, kind and will go to great lengths to help with you if problems arise as well as your routine checkups.

He is so caring. He and his entire staff are so kind and love on all the patients who come in.
He's compassionate, thorough and LISTENS to his patients. I was so blessed to get him for my doctor. Have been treated now for over 2 and a half years. Wonderful staff. Appointment usually on time.
Good listener and good service
I was able to get in to see the doctor at my appointment time. He evaluated my general health and talked to me about my condition and gave me a shot and scripts for medication and I feel much better today.
