They don’t take you back until 45 minutes to an hour AFTER the appointment time. Then you wait in the room for the doctor to get there for quite a while also. Office staff is incompetent at best. Constantly wanting the patient to come in for an appointment in order to write a prescription, even though she was just there a month ago. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Covered for my doctor and completely blew me off. Total waste of time talking to this clown.
If you value your time, go elsewhere. I’m sure Dr. Jain is quite capable but the office consistently runs late. I don’t mind waiting 20-30 minutes but an hour? C’mon. If I showed up an hour late to the appointment, I’d be forced to reschedule and charged for the missed visit.
