Dr Dempsey has always inspired confidence in the years I have been under her care. She is wicked smart and has an endearing exam room manner in a quiet, appealing voice. I would recommend her anytime to anyone without reservation. Filutowski Eye Institute has an entrenched bureaucracy which can sometimes be frustrating to encounter. On this visit, I can say they were on their best behavior, handling the business end with unusual efficiency.
Great bedside manner and thorough exam
I have been a patient of Dr.Dempsey since 2004; she is the best; very professional and caring for her patients very well. I can change my insurance company but I will never change my ophthalmologist. The facilities are excellent and very strictly with the appointment time; love it??????
I’m scheduled for a procedure with Dr Dempsey and really can’t comment yet on a surgical experience with her. She was pleasant and knowledgeable in the examination of my eyes.

Dr. Dempsey was very patient and took her time to explain everything. Her assistant did most of the testing. The facility is very clean and up to date. I was comfortable trusting them with my eye surgery. They just need new magazines!
Couldn't see after Lasik was performed. Told to go home and if it wasn't better to call the next day. Awoke very worried the next morning. Vision was so poor I would have been legally blind in the eye Ms. Dempsey did the procedure on. Called Filutowski and they told me to come back to their office. This time, Dr. Konrad Filutowski did my eye exam and said I needed surgical correction that my flaps weren't done right. He did the surgery and I could see once again.Now I have floaters.
