If I could leave a 0 I would. This place is a joke. Entire medical system in this country is a joke. It takes them 2 weeks to send a referral or give you referral physically. Die in pain they do not care. All they care is to get paid, all they care is money money money. Dr. Soto is nice but staff here is terrible, unprofessional and unable to the any work in timely matter!
Dr Rivera is a true healer. He is compassionate, shows empathy, has an incrediblly kind bedside manner.
Dr. Rivera is a very good Dr. I left his care because I cannot get a timely response from his office.
Dr. Rivera-Soto has done a great job as my PCP. He is personable and takes his time answering all my concerns. Carmen D.
