I absolutely love Dr. Rivera-Soto. I have been coming to this facility to manage my health conditions for several years. I have never had a problem with doctors or staff. Waiting times are reasonable. Dr Rivera -Soto is caring and thorough. I never feel rushed and I feel understood by doctors and medical assistants. If I could leave a 0 I would. This place is a joke. Entire medical system in this country is a joke. It takes them 2 weeks to send a referral or give you referral physically. Die in pain they do not care. All they care is to get paid, all they care is money money money. Dr. Soto is nice but staff here is terrible, unprofessional and unable to the any work in timely matter!
Dr Rivera is a true healer. He is compassionate, shows empathy, has an incrediblly kind bedside manner.
Dr. Rivera is a very good Dr. I left his care because I cannot get a timely response from his office.
