Appointment was ok. There was a spot in the lobby that had been urinated on by a dog and not cleaned well, so my dog also urinated there. I asked staff for a paper towel and they acted confused, then I cleaned it up myself and stood there with a dripping towel for a minute or so waiting for one of the staff to show me a trash can. Just want to add my 2 cents about this place. I took in a stray male cat & he needed to be neutered, so I brought him here. This place was a joke. They pretty much had no clue what was going on, even though there were like 2 clients there - NOT busy or anything. VERY DITZY STAFF. And they charged me OVER $400 to neuter a MALE CAT!!! This included a few vaccines, but OMFG - I almost fell to the floor in shock when they gave me the invoice. Yeah - NEVER again.
