I am writing to express my deep concern and profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Dr. Hoang's clinic. On February 15, 2023, I visited the clinic for what I believed to be a routine teeth cleaning. However, I was taken aback when the nurse delivered an unexpected diagnosis of 5 cavities, despite the absence of any tooth pain, and recommended 2 deep cleaning treatments.
