Dr. Beckman was kind and efficient with my 87 year old Dad who fell in the hospital while we were there for Mom's appointment. He spoke in a way that Dad (vascular dementia) could understand, was the ONLY medical professional who didn't argue with Dad when he said his birthday was in 1987 (dementia is fun) and he also went out of his way to try to find me a phone charger. He unknowingly relieved a lot of my stress and anger and I want him to know I appreciate it.
