I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Andrew Stephens and Karen, his incredible receptionist. After four years of chronic pain following a failed surgery with a different surgeon, I had begun to lose hope. Very good service, friendly from the moment you walk in, Dr andrew doesn’t push for a surgery if you don’t need it. Very honest and knowledgeable.
I had arthroscopic surgery for a medial meniscus tear with Dr Andrew Stephens and the whole experience was excellent. He explained my MRI clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and the surgery went very smoothly. Recovery has been going well so far. I am so grateful that my GP recommended that I see Dr Stephens for some inflammation that I had relating to my Achilles tendon. Dr Stephens really made me feel like I was being looked after.
