Managed to get appointment for the very next day, despite being a Saturday, all thanks to Karen- the friendliest and most approachable practice manager. Dr Stephens is definitely someone who genuinely wants to help and will go above and beyond for his patients. He is very professional and clear with his management plan and doesn’t rush through the consultation.
Dr Stephens is wonderful. I very much appreciated the time he took to allay my many concerns and his explanation of my condition. He calmed and reassured a very anxious patient - ME! His staff is great too. I was impressed that Karen rang one evening with some necessary information. I would also thank him enormously for recommending me to an excellent physio, Shannon, who works with him and helped guide me in my recovery.
Dr Stephens and his team are absolutely amazing! I have never been so well looked after by a specialist. He goes out of his way to treat you like a member of his own family. His expertise and attention to detail is second to none. The staff are very friendly and keep you informed about upcoming appointments and any other details regarding your medical care. Karen the assistant is such a lovely lady and a great asset to this team. I highly recommend Dr Stephens and his team for all your orthopaedic needs.

I was referred to Dr Stephens for ankle surgery following 3 years of toxic rheumatoid drug treatment, that had failed to make any impact.
