I called over 10 times I got my authorization. I gave them every information over 10 times and again they cannot book my appointment because they said they didn’t get any authorization. This is the loop of not ending situation with this staff and this doctor. I’m done with this place. No one can book here. and so rude and fighting with me yelling at me on the phone it’s crazy and unbelievable.
Dr Seltzer is great - attentive and helpful. Staff is ok, could be more welcoming, but overall a good experience with little to no wait time to see the doctor.
I am beyond frustrated with Dr. Seltzers incompetent staff. I have been waiting for MONTHS for a referral to get the bone scan I need to diagnose my pain and they have yet to send it to me. I have called multiple times, each time receiving excuses as to why they haven’t done it yet and arguing with me. This is beyond frustrating.
This is a 2 part review. Dr. Seltzer who has been my pain management Dr for many years, is a terrific Dr in every respect. Truly 5 stars! Part 2. The 3 office staff members on today's visit did not speak to me, nor offer any courteousness, or customer service, and not one of them deserves to have a job there. They did not utter a word to me, leaving me shocked and appalled. The very worst experience in a doctor's offer ever!
