I have had 3 ankle surgery on my left foot. He has been very kind and caring and took the time to explain why I need more surgery. The first one was successful until I broke a bone at the plate after a fall. The second one was successful with the plate but I was in agony. Hopefully the 3rd and final surgery will work. Dr. Moore did an excellent job on my ankle fixation back in 2019. I have not had any problems since. Chelsea hospital staff was wonderful also.
Dr. Moore is amazing. My husband was in an accident that crushed his ankle. With the support of many plates and screws Dr. Moore was able to put his ankle back together. Two years later Dr. Moore removed the screws and my husband is back to "normal". We highly recommend him.
Dr. Moore performed a 5 toe surgery on my right foot. it has NEVER been the same since. I have constant pain, numbness, and crooked toes - in spite of 4 pins. i am very unhappy but, not sure that I want to return to him to find out what went wrong!
Dr. Moore is really kind. His previous office staff at Ypsilanti were so kind and accommodating. His new staff at Chelsea are not kind, and not accommodating. They do not pick up the phone ever. They stop accepting calls at 4pm, and do not accept any from 12-1. This makes it near impossible for people who work full time to be able to schedule appointments.
