One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
