Dr. Monfee has been my, and my family, primary healthcare provider for almost 30 years. My experiences have been mostly good, there is one office employee that has been nasty, but overall good experience. She is kind of short and stocky, dark hair, perhaps billing or medical records, hateful person.
Monfee refused to fill all my prescriptions for over a year. Lab test Sept 2018 showed stage 3 kidney failure. In-house tests performed in Jan2020 showed no signs of any kidney problems. When you are in kidney failure it is very important to keep blood sugars and Blood pressure under control plus being denied medications for edema did not help. Had to see one of Monfees associates just to get some prescriptions filled only to be screamed at and told to leave because he did not have the professional etiquette to ask why I felt a certain way about medications. He has a anger management problem and should not be seeing any patients. I felt very unsafe and no one should ever be treated that way any where, especially at a medical clinic.
